In two management-held activities in March 2017, Shiny Chemical Softball Team got to flex their muscles, and our staff went hiking. Both events were well-received and also boosted morale among employees. Shiny Chemical regards itself a “company of happiness” that emphasizes its workers’ well-being.

Shiny Chemical Softball Team was formed in response to Eternal Materials’ invitation to its “Chairman Cup Slow Softball Tournament.” Despite the team’s failed attempt to win, morale was high during the tournament, and a cheerleading squad comprised of staff and their children was the center of focus.

The “10,000 Steps A Day” campaign at Shiny Chemical helped with the organization of the well-received “Walk Around Agongdian Reservoir” event on March 12, 2017. A total of 91 employees and 69 family dependents took part and did their best cheerleading for the Shiny Chemical Softball Team. Everyone enjoyed themselves and looked forward to future gatherings.
