Safety comes before all at Shiny Chemical, which is why we provide comprehensive education and training to all employees to build a corporate culture centered on safety. Our supervisors of various levels inspect plant floors daily to ensure safe operations. Applications for dangerous operations are required, and are permitted only when confirmed secure by specialists. Disaster prevention and relief exercises are done at and off our plants in order to make certain we are capable of handling real-life emergencies. Detectors and monitoring devices are installed throughout our facilities for working environment safety; every six months, we also have a third-party conduct an environmental monitoring for further safety. |

| Shiny Chemical takes environmental protection seriously. We aim to make environmentally-friendly products. All of our plants have pollution prevention and condensation recovery equipment installed to reduce the amount of pollutants. In addition, our pipelines are inspected annually and monitored regularly. We also developed a solvent recycling process to reutilize waste, and can recycle, re-purify, and reuse electronics factory cleaning agent. Green production remains our goal, and along the way we also devote ourselves to reducing the impact of GHG and carbon emissions: about 25,000 tons of GHG emission is reduced every year. Our solar panels on company facilities provide renewable, green energy while making the environment more friendly. |

| Shiny Chemical provides free physical check-ups for all employees, and has professional nurses monitoring health conditions afterwards. Blood pressure gauges and weight scales help our staff monitor their bodies anytime they want. Seminars on health care are held from time to time, providing information and promoting employee well-being. Free and sanitary employee meals—their calories carefully calculated by professional nutritionists—are also available. |
